on How to obtain a Travel Permit? Adults not listed in Affinity need to
register. There is a link at the bottom of this page that will take you
directly to the registration portal. Please disregard the instruction on the
right of the registration page as that is no longer an option, and just click
on the “Team Administrator” button and continue the process. Also, U11 and U12 Teams and Super 2
teams – Rosters, ID Cards, and Coaches KidSafe Passes are provided by
your local Association/Clubs…Team Administrators for these teams need
to register through your appropriate Association/Club and please, DO NOT USE
THE “Online Registration” link on this page. The link, below, is
